Jose Roldan Tibo

Jose started as a kid collecting bottles on the street for money to buy bait in the Philippines.

Following in his father’s footsteps he became a master diver,  diving under Navy ships for multiple species of fish, shrimp and crabs. He did this by hand with a basket around his waist, digging in the mud and grass for crabs. Once he came to the states, he has been crabbing for over 30 years running traps and trotlnes.
